Verbier has an extensive sports center, which features an indoor swimming pool, ice rink, curling rinks, squash courts, whirlpools, saunas, and solariums. Pool entry is about €4.75 for guests staying in a hotel in Verbier. An hour of tennis costs €16. Ice skating is €5 and squash courts cost €9.60 per half-hour. For tobogganing, check for the signposted 10 km. run from Savoleyres to la Tzoumaz. There are 25 km. of groomed, marked trails. Maps are available at the tourist office.

In Medran Parc, go on an adventure trail consisting of more than 800 m. of hanging bridges, Tyrolean traverses, rope ladders and assisted climbs. Supervision by profes-sionals from the Maison du Sport.
