Val Thorens Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool baths, saunas, squash courts, six indoor tennis courts, and a gymnasium. Aerobics is offered.

Val Thorens also has Europe’s highest toboggan run set in a natural 6-km.-long valley with a vertical drop of more than 2,200 feet. It is in the Tête Ronde sector at the foot of the Péclet glacier. The run is reached by the Funitel.
