The town offers good, but limited activi-ties for non-skiers. There is a covered, heated swimming pool open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a daily entrance fee of €4.80 for adults and €3 for children (free to holders of seven- to 21-day ski passes). Cards for 10 entries are available.

Paragliding courses are offered by Air Professionnels Parapente Val d’Isère (609 46 64 78 / 662 10 66 73) and Evolution 2 Ecole d’aventure (479 41 16 72).

Viking Snowmobile (615 19 46 29) has night snowmobiling at Tovière plateau.

Snowshoeing walks and lessons are offered by Pascal Bertres (613 85 64 77).
