For wine and quiet talk, try the Marias – The Mexican Bar. The best dancing is at the Sonderbar or WM-Arena Hauser Kaibling. Other cozy meeting places include Bacis and The Beisl, both just off the main square. The Beisl is in the passageway at 12 Main Square and is a good place to meet people. Check out La Porta, near the town’s old gateway.

The two main discos outside town, and also the best spots for meeting European skiers, are the Sport Alm in Ramsau and the Erlebniswelt in Rohrmoos. In Haus/ Ennstal, stop into the new Pub Remise in the old castle.
