Lessons (2007/08 prices)

There are nine major ski schools in both Saalbach and Hinterglemm. Combined, there are over 200 instructors in the area.

The following are the prices for skiing and snowboarding lessons at the Skischule Aamadall (06541 668256, fax 06541 668212, aamadall@aamadall.com) and are representative of ski school prices in Saalbach.

Group lessons (four hours, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.) are €61 for a full day, €141 for three days, and €161 for four to six days.

Private Lessons for one or two people vary in price depending on the time that you take the lesson. An Early Bird lesson (9-10 a.m.) costs €53. A Double Private I lesson (9-11 a.m.) costs €102 A Double Private II lesson (10 a.m. to noon) costs €114. A Double Private III lesson (1-3 p.m.) costs €111. A Single Private lesson (noon to 1 p.m..) costs €61. Each addtional skier costs €11.
