Lessons (2007/08 prices)

Both resorts have good ski schools with similar prices: Hafjell Ski School (+47 61 27 47 77, fax +47 61 27 47 76; skiskolen@hafjell.no) and Kvitfjell Ski School Telephone (+47-61-28-36-80, aktiv@kvitfjell.no).

Private lessons for all levels and disciplines cost NOK655 for 90 minutes for one person; NOK415 apiece with two people; and NOK310 apiece with three people in the class.

Group lessons for skiing and snowboarding last 90 minutes and classes require a minimum of three students. Three days cost NOK655; four days, NOK735; and five days, NOK805.
