Lessons (2005/06 prices)

There are nine major ski schools in both Saalbach and Hinterglemm. Combined, there are over 200 instructors in the area.

Group lessons (four hours, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–4 p.m.) are €55 for a full day, €130 for three days, and €148 for four to six days.

Private Lessons cost €204 for two people per day with extra skiers costing €17. One hour of private instruction costs € 52.

Children’s classes are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A week (including lunch) costs €296. There are daily programs for €55 a day; €130 for three days; and €148 for 4–6 days. Lunch costs an additional €10 per day.

Cross-country ski lessons are also available, and there are 12 km. of cross-country trails in the area.
