Child care (2008/09 prices)

Le Club des Mouflets (450 02 48 91, fax: 450 32 65 21) is right above the tourism office. It takes children from 8 months to 4 1/2 years. There are different rooms for different aged children; it offers many indoor activities such as musical games, collages and crafts. Rates are as follows: €15.80 for a half day, €29.30 for full day (with lunch), €81 for six half days, €150 for six full days (with lunch).

Le Club des Champions (450 32 69 50, fax: 450 32 69 51) accepts children ages 3–6. They offer one-hour ski lessons to children ages 3–4, and two-hour lessons to children 5 and older. The other outdoor activities include snowman-making, sledding and other snow games. Indoor activities are also offered. Rates: €16.10 for a half day, €24.20 for full day, €83 for six half days, €124 for six full days (without lunch). Lunch is available from noon to 2 p.m. for an extra €11 per day.

Both Le Club des Mouflets and Le Club des Champions are a few steps away from the church. They are both open every day in the morning and afternoon.

The Piou-Piou Club Kindergarten is run by the ESF (450 02 40 83; fax 450 02 67 46) and is open during the season from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. It’s also open during the February school holidays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 to 5 p.m. Classes are held on a reserved area in the center of the village.

Rates for ages 3- 5: half-hour for €8; one hour for €10; and six hours (week card) for €55.

Club des Marmottons also is run by the ESF is for children ages 4-5 who've never skied before or who have outgrown the nursery. Five morning lessons (Monday-Friday) costs €126 and six morning lessons (Monday-Saturday) costs €136.

Rates at ESF for ski lessons are as follows for children age 5-11: six morning lessons (2 hours) for €111.50/€131 (low/high); and six full days (4 hours) for €166.50/€169 (low/high).
