Six ski schools compete for the Kitzbuhel vacationer: Ski School Reith (65496), Ski School Aurach (65804) and Rote Teufel also known as Red Devils (62500).

Rote Teufel is the main ski school in Kitzbuhel. Costs run about €60 for one day of lessons. Three days are about €130. Six days will set you back around €170. Rote Teufel teaches special group and racing schools. One day of racing school is €70 and three days €150.

In Kirchberg, choose from Skischule Kirchberg (2209) and Skischule Kirchberg Aktiv (35230). Prices are more or less the same, with full day group lessons costing about €52, three-day lessons about €125, and five-day lessons €137.

Private lessons are one of the best ways to discover the beauty of these mountains while improving your technique is to hire a private guide. Costs vary: most instructors for one to two people cost between €200-€225 per day; €150-€175 for a half day.
