Lessons (2007/08 prices)

The Hemsedal Ski School (32 05 53 90) provides group and individual lessons with video analysis. There are courses for snowpark tricks as well as normal snowboarding.

Private lessons cost NOK545 for an hour for one person; NOK670 for two people; and NOK795 for three people. Private lessons for two hours are NOK745 for one person, NOK995 for two people and NOK1,245 for a group of three people. You can receive a twenty percent discount off these prices if you book the first lesson of the day.

A personal trainer for three hours costs NOK1,345.

Group lessons: Four-day, 90-minute sessions are NOK660-NOK8255. The first and last lessons of the day are the cheapest.
