Larger hotels provide day care services. In addition, check with the tourist office for a listing of babysitters in the area.

Most of the ski schools also provide some kind of child care or children's lessons. Prices are within €10 of each other so check around for the best deal.

The Skischule Garmish-Partenkirchen (4931 or 74260) has ski kindergarten and ski courses for youths available.

Ski school for children age 3 and older costs €35 for three hours of lessons. Three days of lessons (three hours a day) costs €85.
