The Alpine Arena has approximately 60 km of trails groomed for cross country skiing. Most trails are double tracked for both the classic and skating technique.

Trin has 12 km of flat to slightly hilly terrain suitable for beginner to intermediate skiers. All tracks are prepared for classic and skate skiing and are lit on Wednesday evenings for night skiing. Night skiing is also offering on Friday evenings from 6 pm to 9:30 pm on the Prada Trail. The Trin Cross Country Center (081 635 16 88) has changing rooms with showers, toilets, and an area for equipment rental. Children younger than 16 years old ski for free. Take the connection trail through the beautiful forest to connect to the more challenging trails in Flims.

Also in nearby Flims is the perfect alternative if Trin hasn't had enough snowfall for cross country skiing. A shuttle bus brings skiers from Flims Village to The Berghaus Bargis (081 911 11 45; Bargis Cross Country Center) which has a heated changing room and 6.6 km of high altitude (1,550 meters) trails right outside its doors. For the shuttle, expect to pay Fr.7-11 for adults; Fr.3-6 for chldren age 6 to 16; free for children younger than age 6. The shuttle (081 635 16 88) operates only on Saturdays and Sundays and only if the Bargis trails are open.

Sagogn has 17.5 km of trails and 2.5 km of night skiing on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. (081 921 67 77; Sagogn Tourist Office) also serves as the cross country center and changing rooms and restrooms.

The Flims Unterwaldhaus cross country ski center (081 911 20 35) has changing rooms with showers, toilets, and an area for renting equipment. You can also buy snacks and beverages there.

For night skiing, the tracks in Sagogn are lit every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Night from 6 to 9 pm. The tracks in Trin are lit on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9.30 pm.
