Courchevel has an entertainment atmosphere that spans apres-ski to early nightlife from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. and then late nightlife that picks up from midnight to 5 a.m.
Après-ski
The best spots for apres-ski in Courchevel 1850, where English speakers gather, are Bar le Jump across from the slopes at the Croissette Center attached to Hotel de la Croisette, and Bar l'Equipe. Le Tremplin and Le Kalico also pulse with crowds when the slopes close.
In Courchevel 1650 head to the Space Bar, Rocky's, the Bubble Bar or Moriond Lounge as the slopes close for a good party before dinner.
In Courchevel 1550 the the places to be for apres-ski are Barouf, Channossa or The Bar.
Nightlife
Courchevel has a budding nightlife scene. The Purple Bar in Courchevel 1850 and pulses with techno music and serves cocktails from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Either folks come here for early nightlife or warm up for early morning adventures at Le Cave or La Grange. On Wednesday nights the Purple Bar has their "sexy night" with erotic table dancing. There is also the Milk Pub, in the center of Courchevel 1850. TJ's is a bar run by one of the English tour companies and is packed from around 10 p.m. until 2 a.m.
After midnight, the Mangeoire restaurant becomes a dance floor. Guarentee yourself a spot on the floor by making dinner reservations. Eat, drink and then be one of the first ones on the floor merrily dancing off the calories.
The ultra VIP gathering spots for the late night scene (midnight to 5 a.m.) are Les Caves and La Grange.
In Courchevel 1550, the Barouf throws Brazilian and other cultural parties. In Le Praz, LEscorchevel makes special shooters.
