Child Care (2008/09 prices)

The tourist office, your hotel or apartment manager can put you in touch with qualified private baby sitters who provide child care services at any time of the day or night.

Courchevel has six ski schools for children. Children’s lessons are offered by the E.S.F. 1850, E.S.F. 1650, E.S.F. 1550, Ski Academy, Magic in Motion and the Supreme Ski School.

At ESF children age 18 months to 3 years costs €35 for a half day; €55 for a full day without lunch; €75 for a full day with lunch; €125 for five half days; and €295 for five full days with lunch. The Leisure Club, children’s program for those ages 3–12, costs €125 for five half days and €295 for five full days with lunch. Lifts are included in these prices.

Two nursery programs for children 18 months and older are available in Courchevel 1850 at Le Village des Enfants (479 08 08 47) and Courchevel 1650 at Les Pitchounets (479 08 33 69). Both are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prices are €25 half day without lunch; €43 for a half day with lunch: and €68 for a full day with lunch. Five full-day programs cost €340.
