Après-Ski / Nightlife

The best après-ski spot in town is Bar des Guides in the Hotel Suisse. There are good beers on tap and the place is packed with English speakers from the U.K., Canada, U.S.A., Holland and Scandinavia. Mitchell’s Bar (photo below) is also a favorite.



The English-style La Crevasse Bar run by Piste Artiste is right on the main street and has also become a focal point of English-speaking après-ski crowds until 3 a.m. The Tarine Disco-Club is also a popular hang-out for English-speaking après-skiers.

Café du Levant is the grunge and snowboarder hangout. Things sometimes get a little out of hand, which is this establishment’s most redeeming feature.
