Lift tickets (2008/09 prices)
Chamonix now uses an electronic ski-pass system. The Hands Free Badge costs €3, which will be refunded to you when you return the badge.

The normal Chamonix lift ticket, called Chamonix Le Pass, gives access to Brévent-Flégère area, Domaine de Balme, Les Grands Montets area (cable car from Lognan to Grands-Montes NOT included), Les Planards, le Savoy, les Chosalets and la Vormaine.
Access to the Grands-Montets cable car costs €10 and a reservation is required.
Photo ID without sunglasses or ski hat is required to purchase ski pass of 10 days or more.
* Two adults (parents or grand-parents) plus children or juniors of the same family.
Seniors age 75 and older pay half of the adult price.
With the purchase of pass that is 3 days or more you may take one day off during the entire duration of the skipass.
You may exchange the Chamonix Le Pass for a Mont-Blanc Unlimited pass by paying the difference between the two.

The Mont-Blanc Unlimited Pass gives access to Chamonix Le Pass areas plus the Aiguille du Midi and Helbronner cable car, the Montenvers train, the Lognan-Grands Montets cable car, the Les Houches ski area and one day of skiing at Courmayeur.
Reservations are required in order to enjoy access to the Grands-Montets.
