Cervinia, Italy

Cervinia does not have a lot to choose from; however, there is growing English-speaking clientele at the few spots in town.

The town has two discos—The Etoile, which attracts an older group, and the Bianconiglio.

The four most popular bars are the Yeti and the Dragon Pub, just across from the slopes, and Pub Grivola and the Ymeletrob Bar, across the street from each other. You’ll find plenty of English-speakers, be they from the England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Sweden or the Netherlands. All bars have good happy hours and all are within five minutes’ walk of each other.

For a more elegant and quiet après-ski try the Samovar Tea Room for drinks, tea and pastries. Head to Le Bistrot de L’Abbé, a rustic winebar only a few steps away in the HotelMeynet. Or try a drink in the Lyskamm Bar (photo above).
