For aprés-ski the elite choose the tables at the Casino in Bad Gastein or retire immediately to the bar near the playing tables. Zentrale, Gatz. Silverbullet and Hägblom’s are packed after skiing. Beyond 11 p.m. the evening grows progressively wilder at the Ritz in the Salzburger Hof, the Central Park and Kir Royal in Bad Gastein. The Glocknerkeller in Bad Hofgastein is a typical Austrian pub with music and dancing each night. Other hot spots are Salute and Disco Almstadl.
