Lessons (2008/09 prices)

Three area ski schools have a total of 130 instructors. The Snow Sport School Gastein has locations in Dorfgastein (06433-7538), in Bad Hofgastein (6432-6339) and in Bad Gastein (6434-2260). The Ski and Snowboarding School Dorf-Aktiv (6433-20048) is in Dorfgastein. The Ski School Schlossalm (6432-3298) is in Bad Hofgastein.

These prices are for ski and snowboard lessons at Ski- und Snowboardschule DORFAKTIV. They are comparable to the prices of the other ski schools in the Gastein Valley. One hour of private lessons for one person is €47. Lessons lasting two hours or longer cost €45 per person/per hour. A full-day private lesson costs €185. Group lessons cost: one day, €51; three days, €133; and five days, €154.
