Child Care (2008/09 prices)

Ski courses for kids from age 5 (special courses for kids from age 3–5) are offered, as are a ski kindergarten, and babysitting services (from 2 1/2 upward). Supervised lunch is €14 a day.

Kindergartens, for children 2 1/2 and older, are available in all the resorts. In Arlberg you’ll pay €45 a day. There's also Mini Special program for children age 3-4 who've never skied before. There are six children in a group and it costs €61 for one day; €145 for three days and €199 for five days.

Kinderland Oberlech is open from 9.30 am to 6 pm. It's open for all children from 2.5 years and older. The child care is totally free for all children who stay in one of the hotels in Oberlech.

Babysitting on a weekly, daily or hourly basis can be arranged through the tourist office.

In Lech, hotels Austria, Goldener Berg, Rote Wand and Sonnenburg all have private kindergartens.

The ski school does not include lunch but lunch can be arranged and your child can be supervised for lunch. There are reductions if parents are also enrolled in the ski school. Hours are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
